I ordered the wrong bracket. Can you cancel my Amazon order?

For almost all of our items, you'll notice that the page on Amazon says, "Sold by HumanCentric, Fulfilled by Amazon."  That means that we supply the product to Amazon, but they process the order and ship it out to you. Therefore, we don't have the ability to cancel your order and you'll need to contact Amazon directly.

There's a good chance that your order has already shipped, but don't worry - just contact us for a returnless refund. This means we will refund your money without having to return the item, and you can purchase the correct bracket afterwards.
