What is your return/exchange policy?

RETURNS: You may return unaltered items in the original box with all the original hardware and manual(s) purchased from HumanCentric for a full refund within 30 days of the date of the purchase.

Our warehouse will take 1-3 business days to process and inspect the returned items. Once the returned item is approved, please allow up to 10 days for the bank to post your refund.

EXCHANGES: Exchanges are available within 30 days of the date of purchase in the item's original condition. If you are looking to exchange an item, please reach out to our support team at support@humancentric.com.
