What is your return/replacement policy?

RETURNS: We are working as a company to reduce our carbon footprint. Returns are costly and often create additional waste. We have a new policy where we can provide a total or partial refund on an order instead of doing a return, and you can keep the item and give it to a friend or a family member, or dispose of/recycle it. Send us an email to support@humancentric.com with your order number, and we will address your case and issue a refund within 30 days of the date of the purchase.


REPLACEMENTS: Replacements are available within 30 days of the date of purchase if the item is defective or missing any hardware. If you need a replacement, please reach out to our support team at support@humancentric.com.
