Do you offer warranties?

We offer a limited lifetime warranty on all non-electronic items with proof of purchase. As long as HumanCentric still carries the item, we will replace the item free of charge if it breaks due to a manufacturing defect.

We offer a limited two (2) year warranty on all electronic items with proof of purchase. Exempt from the warranty are limited-life consumable components subject to normal wear and tear. For warranty service, please email support@humancentric.com.
