Video Conference Light Malfunction

In the first generation of our video conference lights, we discovered that one of the controller components could fail after a few months of usage. We completely redesigned the internal components of the controller and the problem is now fixed.

The video conference lights are not subject to a warranty period. We will continue to support your purchase indefinitely. If you purchased a light that has stopped working properly, please email support@humancentric.com with your order number and current shipping address. We will send an expedited replacement controller immediately.
