Video Conference Light Malfunction

The video conference lights are not subject to a fixed warranty period. We will continue to support your purchase as long as we carry the product. If you purchased a light that has stopped working properly, please email support@humancentric.com with your order number and current shipping address.

We will send an expedited replacement controller for the 301-1038 model, or troubleshoot your issue if you purchased the HighBeam Pro Lights, model 301-1037, which is typically resolved by re-pairing the lights.
